Can-Am has new mud-ready Maverick X3 UTVs coming in 2018: the Maverick X3 X mr Turbo and Maverick X3 X mr Turbo R.
The turbocharged, mud-specific UTVs come equipped with 30-inch ITP Cryptid tires and provide 15-inches of ground clearance. The suspension is arched to clear hidden obstacles in mud and water.
Snorkeled intakes keep them running through mud and water, and the radiator is relocated, too.
The 172-hp Maverick X3 X mr Turbo R and a 120-hp X3 X mr Turbo also have Can-Am’s fully lockable, on-the-fly Smart-Lok front differential optimized with multiple driving modes to improve handling and traction in the mud.
