Many UTV owners have to tow or haul their UTV at some point. Pile in a bunch of equipment and people, and your truck or SUV can quickly become the slowest thing on the road. Maybe you need more power for towing or off-road performance. Or maybe you just want to more street torque and horsepower for the heck of it.
But wouldn’t it be great to just add all that power in one easy step? If you’re looking to add over 100 horsepower and ft-lbs. of torque, the Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger kits are your answer.
Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger systems deliver excellent horsepower and torque in a complete kit. Featuring a unique design with minimal components. It makes it possible to fit an E-Force Supercharger under the stock hood. And you’ll be good with the emission authorities as the kits are 50-State Street Legal.
The core of each system is the Eaton Gen VI 2300 or 1320 TVS® Supercharger rotating assembly with a four lobe design with 160° of twist for maximum flow, minimum temperature rise and quiet operation for excellent drivability. Edelbrock also designed the E-Force superchargers with a unique and efficient inlet configuration. This design results in a shorter, less restrictive intake path for improved air flow, without the need for a jack-shaft. Keeping the air cool is a high capacity air to water intercooler and low temp heat exchanger.
Here is a dyno-run documented by Serious HP Performance. Their Chevy Silverado 5.3L with the E-Force made 403 HP and 432 ft-lbs of torque. The stock Silverado is rated at 285 HP and 305 ft-lbs of torque:

Your new E-Force kit will arrive on a mini-pallet with several boxes of parts and installation accessories. When Edelbrock says “complete”, they are not kidding. Here is a great unboxing video from Hot Rod where they go through all the parts and accessories you’ll receive (using a Camaro kit as an example):
We were surprised to learn the average garage DIY’er can install an Edelbrock E-Force Supercharger. Visit this page on the Edelbrock site to download the installation guide for your model. Here is a quick video from Engine Power host Mike Galley where he shows that you can install an E-Force kit with standard tools and without the need for a lift kit:
