ProFlex Commander Flex Fuel System
Advanced Fuel Dynamics has plug-and-play ProFlex Commander flex-fuel systems for UTVs that turn a gasoline-powered vehicle into a flex-fuel vehicle capable of running E85.
Advanced Fuel Dynamics says that this system allows UTV owners to install a hassle-free and ready-to-use flex-fuel system so they can immediately start making more power on E85 fuel, without the need to adjust the tune or switch maps. The kits are installed through a simple bolt-on installation and are compatible with the vehicle’s factory or aftermarket tune.
Each ProFlex Commander system comes with the ProFlex Commander unit, a Flex Fuel Sensor with fuel lines and fittings, and a wiring harness for each application. The kit also allows for smartphone connectivity through the ProFlex Connect app, enabling the user to monitor ethanol content in real time.
The ProFlex Commander flex-fuel system is now available for major powersports manufacturers such as Polaris, Yamaha, Can-Am and Textron. Specific applications are now out for 2008-15 Polaris RZR 4 800 and RZR S 800, 2016-and-later Yamaha YXZ1000R, Can-Am Commander 1000, and Textron Wildcat Sport 700 and Wildcat XX. ABOUT Advanced Fuel Dynamics®
Advanced Fuel Dynamics was founded in 2014 by a tuner whose E85 tunes were always off and he set out to find out why. What he discovered is that E85 at the pump is incredibly inconsistent in its actual ethanol content, and, since tuners take everything into account except how much ethanol is actually in the vehicle, they are consistently wrong. Realizing that the only way to consistently make the most power from ethanol is to build a true performance flex-fuel system, he set out to create what would become the PROFLEX Commander flex fuel kit. Advanced Fuel Dynamics has grown from a one-man shop to a company with high-quality full bolt-on products and a growing list of vehicle applications.
