Kawasaki MULE UTVs have been around for three decades and all of them are assembled in the USA with foreign and domestic parts in Lincoln, Nebraska.
The first MULEs in 1988 had water-cooled 454cc twin-cylinder engines and an open-cab utility vehicle chassis.
In 2001, Kawasaki describes the MULE by saying “Looks like a truck. Works like a MULE.”
2019 MULEs have liquid-cooled three-cylinder 812cc engines and have updated looks that are less truck-like. Here are some photos of the modern MULE:
