Fox Factory has launched Fox Academy, a multimedia education tool for consumers, retailers, racers and distributors to learn the language of suspension.
The Fox Academy It’s for those who’ve wondered how a fork or shock works — or, more importantly, why, when, or how to adjust their suspension to get the most enjoyment from their vehicle.
Fox supplies suspension to several categories, including truck, Jeep, bicycle, off-road, UTV, snowmobile, motorcycle and ATV.
“Fox Academy was developed to be our central digital location to educate customers about suspension technology, and a place we can also support our aftermarket and major OEM launches with in-depth product education,” said Aaron Freitas, FOX’s Powered Vehicle Group’s Director of Marketing.
Fox Academy topics currently include shock terminology, and will answer basic questions like ‘what are the parts of a shock called’, ‘why you need shocks,’ ‘what’s a shock service?’ and other more specific product questions. New advanced educational videos will be launched monthly, providing additional foundational knowledge, how-to tutorials, and product information.
