KMC Wheels XD Series

KMC Wheels has expanded its XD Powersports lineup of UTV wheels and now has 15-inch wheels with a high offset. One of these new XD wheels was on the machine that won the UTV class at the 2018 King of the Hammers.
The KMC XD Series are one-piece cast wheels and the new wheels include both beadlock and non-beadlock styles. A variety of color choices are available, from satin black or satin gray, to satin bronze or machined steel.

The higher offsets can offer more responsive steering. Mitch Guthrie Jr. had one of these new wheels, the XS235 Grenade, on his UTV when he topped his class at the 2018 King of the Hammers.
Guthrie ran a 15×5-inch race-specific XS235 Grenade with zero offset on his Polaris RZR XP.

KMC explains that the 15-inch wheel gives better clearance between the rotor and caliper to keep rocks and debris out.
