Pro Eagle announced that it recently changed its boxing to reduce the risk of shipping damage.
In an effort to reduce damage caused by common carrier shipping, Pro Eagle has made a dramatic changes on its 3-ton jack box.
The new design has a form fitting Styrofoam insert that the jack sits into and a Styrofoam top for a full 360 degrees of protection. To be able to fit the jack into the box and not increase the box size and shipping costs, the jack now ships without the wheels installed. Pro Eagle provides a set of snap-ring pliers and snap rings so that the customer can quickly and easily install the wheels without the need for any extra tools or parts.
Pro Eagle’s 2-ton big-wheel boxes will move to this style soon.
Every year, Pro Eagle heads out to King Of The Hammers a full week prior to the event to help the teams get prepared for the big race.
Pro Eagle says that as soon as they hit the lakebed, teams were looking for Pro Eagle and their jacks to save the day. Some teams forgot jacks all together and most found out their jacks just couldn’t handle the dirt and mud like Pro Eagle jacks.
