In this video, Partzilla demonstrates how to replace the front wheel bearings on a 2016 Polaris Ranger 900 XP.
Replacing a wheel bearing on a Polaris Ranger 900 XP requires a couple of specialist tools to get the job done.
This job is pretty straightforward, however, it will help if you have a press and a bearing driver set to push the old bearing out and then press the old one into place.

Here’s a summary of the procedure:
Start by removing the wheel and then getting the hub assembly by disconnecting the brake caliper and the upper and lower control arms. Then, get the hub apart and push out the old bearings.
Then, replacing the wheel bearings on your Polaris Ranger is just a matter of reversing the process. John will show you how to select the correct bearing driver for both the removal of the old bearing and replacing it with a new one.
Once the new wheel bearing in place, get the hub put back together and reinstall it on the Ranger.
